Membership

Are you a Records Management leader within your organisation with responsiblity for GCP records? Then you should consider membership of GCP-RMA.

Membership is open to individuals resident in Europe and:

  1. employed in a records or document management role within a wholly or partly GCP-controlled environment; or
  2. have previously been employed in a records or document management role and continue to be employed within a wholly or partly GCP-controlled environment

Exceptionally, the Executive Committee may approve full membership to an individual who does not meet the above criteria but whose membership is considered to be of benefit to the Association.

Why become a member?
The GCP-RMA provides a forum for professionals in the fields of records management in Good Clinical Practice. Your participation in this forum will contribute to the advancement of best practice in this critical regulatory area. Your membership will provide you with the following:

  • access to regular discussions on European records management practice in clinical research;
  • an opportunity to contribute to the development of Good Clinical Practice in Europe with respect to records management issues;
  • an opportunity to influence regulators and other key opinion leaders in European GCP records management;
  • an opportunity to contribute to best practice through participation in GCP-RMA Working Parties;
  • assurance that you know what’s current and why through regular networking with industry colleagues;
  • a way to build excellence in GCP records management within your institution through dialogue with others;
  • free registration for all events organised by the GCP-RMA.

There is currently no charge for membership. However, please read the GCP-RMA Constitution and this web page to ensure you qualify for membership and agree to regular, active participation in the group before applying for membership. All applications are reviewed by the GCP-RMA Executive Committee who have the absolute right to reject any application.
